My9988 was built with one clear goal — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online casino and Sports Betting experience made specifically for Malaysians. From Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, we serve players from every corner of the country with a genuine sense of responsibility.
If you've ever felt frustrated by an online casino platform with an interface full of foreign languages, unfamiliar payment methods, and customer support that can't speak Bahasa Melayu — you're not alone. That frustration is exactly what inspired the creation of my9988 in 2019. A group of individuals with deep expertise in the digital entertainment industry and a thorough understanding of Malaysian users' needs came together to build something different — something truly made for our own community.
From day one, my9988 made a firm decision: our primary language is Bahasa Melayu, our currency is MYR, and our payment methods are the ones Malaysians use every day — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX internet banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. No currency conversion hassles, no unfamiliar payment options, and no customer support reading from a script in a foreign language.
Today, my9988 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online casino and Sports Betting platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from across the country. We offer more than 30 game types — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, lottery, jackpot, roulette and more — all playable from your smartphone, wherever and whenever you like.
What sets my9988 apart from other platforms goes beyond the breadth of our game selection. It's our commitment to fairness, transparency and responsibility. Every game on my9988 runs on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international auditing bodies. Every transaction is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Every withdrawal is processed within 10 minutes. And every player — from Silver members to Diamond VIP — receives the same high standard of service from our team.

The journey of my9988 — from an initial idea to one of Malaysia's most trusted online casino platforms — is a story of hard work, commitment to quality, and a heartfelt dedication to the local player community. Every milestone we've reached is a testament to your trust and support, our loyal Malaysian players.
We didn't start out as a large, well-funded corporation. We started small, with a focused and dedicated team — making sure every detail of our platform was carefully built to meet the real needs of Malaysian users. We've grown because we listen to our players and act on their feedback quickly.
My9988 was founded by a group of digital entertainment industry experts with a clear vision — to build an online casino platform truly designed for Malaysians. The beta platform was launched to its first group of users.
My9988 officially launched with full support for Touch 'n Go, DuitNow and FPX — becoming the first platform in Malaysia to fully integrate local e-wallet payments. Reached 50,000 members within the first six months.
My9988 expanded the platform with a comprehensive Sports Betting module covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and MPL Malaysia e-sports — cementing its place as the one-stop destination for all Malaysian sports fans.
Launched a four-tier VIP Rewards programme — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with cashback of up to 20% and a dedicated personal VIP manager. Player response was overwhelmingly positive, with 80,000 members signing up for VIP within three months.
My9988 reached 300,000 registered members — a landmark milestone. The platform was upgraded with the latest live streaming technology for Live Casino and more advanced sports analytics features for Sports Betting players.
My9988 continues to expand its game library, improve platform speed, and add new payment methods. Now with over 500,000 active members, my9988 remains focused on its original mission — serving Malaysia with nothing but the best.
